The trading post for meat lovers
AG's Kötthandel is like stepping back into the old-fashioned trading post. We pound the minute steak while you watch, grind the minced meat à la minute, and cut the entrecôte with reverence. Then we wrap it in waxed paper with string and a sealed stamp, attaching a label that details the cut, country of origin (we source meat from all over the world), breed, age, and farm. You even get to know whether the animal was raised on grass or carbohydrates.

The meat trade is my passion project, something I’ve dreamed of creating throughout my entire career.
After many years as a chef and restaurateur, having had the privilege of running restaurants like AG and Rolfs Kök, I wanted to create a place that truly celebrates quality and craftsmanship.
Here, it’s all about offering the very best meat, whether it’s classic cuts or unique specialties.
