Together with JR Meat and our Polish butcher Adam Bentowski, we have developed a line of top-marbled entrecôte. Poland, as a meat-producing country, has an undeserved reputation. Their farming practices have never been modernized, and as a result, simply put, the animals live a calm, carefree, and long life before slaughter. This leads to extraordinary meat filled with both flavor and marbled fat. At the butcher shop, AG has its own quality manager, Victoria, hence the name.
